Module 1: Business Modeling (Sessions 1, 2 & 3)

• Session 1-3: Participants will learn the fundamentals of business modeling, including how to create a suitable, sustainable, and dynamic business model that adapts to changing situations.

Module 2: Fund Raising (Sessions 4, 5 & 6)

• Session 4-6: This segment will focus on approaching and impressing investors. Participants will discover key strategies and learn to understand investor priorities.

Module 3: Business Scaling (Sessions 7, 8 & 9)

• Sessions 7-9: These sessions will delve into the four pillars of business scaling: sales and marketing, operational excellence, financial scaling, and leadership for growth.
